Valentine’s Day February 14th
Valentine’s Day is this Thursday, February 14th. Although Valentine’s Day is not an official holiday in the U.S., it is an important day for many. It is observed in many regions of the world as a celebration of love, and not just romantic love.
Valentine’s Day doesn’t have to be a day dedicated to a week of pressure. When it comes to February 14th, we often forget to celebrate all the love in our lives — with family, friends, even pets. It’s a day to remind us how lucky we are to have love in our lives.
Most of us acknowledge the day in some way and we hope you will look to your local vendors for something for your loved ones that says you care.
You can’t go wrong with local food and products. Vegetables, mushrooms and Alaskan-wild caught fish can provide the foundation for a very loving evening.
And there’s always something wonderful from Patty’s Gourmet Food you can get without having to cook! A more mobile gift might include a lovely jar of jam or two from Backyard Jam’s and Jellies. Or consider herbal care products from Plant Wisdom Within.
We hope you find something to celebrate this week and that you include Hattie’s Garden in your celebration.
You may order online through noon on Wednesday, February 13.
