Steamed Hakurei Turnips

This is Hattie’s favorite fast recipe for cooking Hakurei turnips. They cook quickly and the greens will be tender and good, never stringy. This is heaven in your mouth! You won’t believe it until you try it.
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch of Hakurei turnips
  • 1 dab of <a href=”http://nicefarmscreamery.com/” target=”_blank”>Nice Farms</a> butter
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Wash the entire turnip “plant” along with the greens without detaching them
  2. Steam them until the turnip itself is just soft, but not turned to mush
  3. Then add a tiny amount of <a href=”http://nicefarmscreamery.com/” target=”_blank”>Nice Farms</a> butter
  4. Add pinch of salt & pepper to taste
