What’s New at Hattie’s Garden
Everyone is asking about our ginger! We plan to begin digging the main crop beginning in October. If you would like to reserve a half pound or so, please let us know.
This week we add to our list of vegetables with Young Swiss Chard and young heads of Magenta French Crisp Lettuce. Also known as Summer Crisp lettuce, Magenta has a sweet and juicy taste without bitterness.
We were also able to procure some pork products from Enoch Farm for you. We now have scrapple, Maple Breakfast Links, Jalapeno Cheddar Bratwurst, Cheddar Bratwurst, Sage Breakfast patties and English Banger Grillers.
Finally, please come redeem your CSA credits as Hattie’s Garden will close its doors Thanksgiving week.
