Hattie’s Garden is happy to continue presenting you with a good list of tomato, eggplant, pepper, vegetable, herb, and flower plants for your home gardens that will be available on May 25, 27 & 29. We also offer produce and food on the same dates.

Vermont Compost Potting Soil
We have received an additional shipment of Vermont Compost potting soil for you in 20 qt bags ($24) as well as the larger 60 qt bag ($56). We offer both Fort Vee and Fort Lite. This is the potting soil we use exclusively for the production of all of our transplants and the reason they grow so well. There is no better potting soil that we know of. It is a perfectly balanced, biologically-active, compost-based potting soil.
New Hours of Operation Next Week
This is the last week for our current hours at the Garden: Tuesday & Thursday from 2 to 5 and Saturday from 9 to 2. Other opportunities by appointment.
Beginning in June we will be participating in the Historic Lewes Farmers Market (HLFM) on Wednesday from 8-11 (located at the Crooked Hammock Brewery.). Our new hours at the Garden in June will be Thursday 10 to 2 and Saturday 9 to 2. Other opportunities by appointment.

Directions to Hattie’s Garden
Hattie’s Garden is located at 31341 Kendale Rd in Lewes approximately 3 miles from Plantation Road (also known as Rt. 1D), coming inland on either Robinsonville Rd. or Beaver Dam Rd (Rt. 23 South).
Kendale Rd. is a short road (0.6 miles) between Robinsonville and Beaver Dam Road. The house is fifth on the left from Beaver Dam Rd, and has a large fence in front of it with purple trim.
Reminder that you do not need an appointment. Simply show up during our hours of operation above with your list and we will retrieve your plants in a timely fashion. Everyone will be asked to wear a mask, but we understand some people are not comfortable yet interacting with the outside world, and we are perfectly happy to pull your plants for you while you wait in your car.
