Hattie’s Garden delivery/pickup service continues to bring you fresh and wholesome food. We are now taking orders for the Saturday June 27 Service.

This week Hattie’s Garden is offering triple-washed young arugula, mesclun, mixed lettuce, young hakurei turnips, Provider green beans, plenty of basil and other herbs and yes, finally, lovely flower bouquets.

We underestimated the timing of the blooms on our flowers and do apologize for any inconvenience these past two weeks. This week, the warm weather and summer solstice will reward us with lovely blooms, including dianthus, bells of Ireland, snapdragons and zinnias. We will have flowers both at the garden during the week and available for you to order for Saturday. Each of our bouquets will last you a full week and comes with a packet of flower food.

We also have added whole chickens and a wonderful assortment of freshly-harvested produce from Dittmar Family Farms. We continue to offer fresh greens from Totem Farms and Fresh Harvest, as well as free-range chicken eggs from Twin Post, a great assortment of fresh mushrooms from King Mushrooms, more than 50 types of homemade jams & jellies from Backyard Jams and Jellies (look for some new flavors), Alaska Cod, Alaska Rockfish, Coho and Sockeye Salmonn from AlaskaWild Seafoods, fresh honey from Chrissy’s Bees, gourmet selections from Nancy’s Cafe and fresh cheese from Chapel’s Country Creamery.

We expect our order form will be open until Tuesday at 8 PM — however, we urge you to place your order as soon as possible to be sure you get what you want, as we do run out of some things.

Watch for our Monday email for what is available for during the week for pickup on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 5. That list differs a bit from our order form list as things change here on a day to day basis.
