We are excited to be working with 302 Aquaponics to bring you their beautiful produce and tilapia fish year ’round. Responsibly-sourced tilapia, such as theirs, is a delicious source of lean protein that is low in calories, fat, and carbohydrates and high in vitamins and minerals like selenium, vitamin B12, niacin, and potassium. This cutting edge sustainable aquaponics operation is the largest in Delaware and serves many local venues with sustainably grown produce.
This week Hattie’s Garden is harvesting our final bed of spring carrots. We have Swiss chard, young arugula, young lettuce mix, mesclun and early onions. We love our fresh cut flowers this year and hope you will too. Each bouquet includes a packet of flower food and is guaranteed to last a week.
