July 4 Pickup/Delivery Service
Hattie’s Garden delivery/pickup service continues to bring you fresh and wholesome food. We are now taking orders for the Saturday July 4 Service.
The deadline for placing your order is Tuesday at 8PM. We suggest you place your order as soon as possible to be sure you get what you want, as we do run out of some things.
We also have regular hours for shopping at the Garden on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (June 30, July 1 & 2) from 2 PM to 5 PM, and Saturday (July 4) from 9 AM to 2 PM. However, the products from Totem Farms, Fresh Harvest, Dittmar Family Farms Produce (when available), Nancy’s Cafe prepared foods and King Mushrooms are only available through our online pickup/delivery service for pickup or delivery on Saturday, July 4.

The following items are available now to order through our online system for pickup or delivery on Saturday, July 4.
Hattie’s Garden is introducing our fresh hard-neck garlic this week, and our cut flowers are on a roll! We also are harvesting scallions, Hakurei Turnips, and Mojito Mint — what’s July 4th without mint for all the libations?
This week, Nancy’s Cafe begins offering a wonderful array of scones, a new apple turnover, a curried chicken, apple and raisin salad and a black bean and corn salsa.
Totem Farms has mini romaine sets and green cabbage added to their line-up of fresh greens, and Fresh Harvest Hydroponics has plenty of produce available.
We also have whole chickens and chicken liver from Dittmar Family Farms, free-range chicken eggs from Twin Post, a great assortment of fresh mushrooms from King Mushrooms, more than 50 types of homemade jams & jellies from Backyard Jams and Jellies, Alaska Cod, Alaska Rockfish, Coho and Sockeye Salmonn from AlaskaWild Seafoods, fresh honey from Chrissy’s Bees, and fresh cheese from Chapel’s Country Creamery.
Watch for our Monday email for what is available for during the week for pickup on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 2 to 5. That list differs a bit from our order form list as things change here on a day to day basis.
