Hattie’s Garden delivery/pickup service continues to bring you fresh and wholesome food. We are now taking orders for the Saturday, July 3 Pickup/Delivery Service.
What’s Available through the Online Order System
This week we are excited to announce several new items from Hattie’s Garden and our vendors. The following items are available now to order for pickup or delivery on Saturday, July 3.
Hattie’s Garden begins the harvest of our hardneck garlic. We will be offering Russian Red (delicious flavor with warm lingering sweet aftertaste), and Phillips (flavorful with no afterbite & excellent for raw eating). Both these varieties are rocamboles — the garlic of choice for gourmet chefs the world over. We will cure the garlic, but it is wonderful fresh and will last a couple of weeks easily even without curing.
In addition, we have Swiss chard, young lettuce mix, mesclun and early onions. We love our fresh cut flowers this year and hope you will too. Each bouquet includes a packet of flower food and is guaranteed to last a week.
302 Aquaponics has delightful produce and tilapia from their state of the art aquaponics operation. We have had very good reviews from our customers on both the fish and the produce.
Totem Farms has added wonderful produce such as cabbage and red okra. They have also expanded their herb selections (including nasturtium blossoms) and there are more microgreens to choose from.
Dittmar Family Farms will have chicken liver, as well as their chickens for you. We are happy to also be bringing their fresh produce to you and are able to add yellow zucchini, slicing cucumbers and hakurei turnips this week, as well as their nice red radishes.
Chapel’s Country Creamery brings us premium ground beef and Delmonico steaks, as well as delicious aged and fresh cheese made on their farm using milk from their grass-fed cows.
AlaskaWild Seafoods family-run business has Pacific Cod, Pacific Rockfish, Coho Salmon, Sockeye Salmon and Smoked Salmon fresh frozen directly from the boat and flown to the east coast every week.
King Mushrooms offers a large assortment of fresh mushrooms, including some difficult to find exotic varieties that have amazing health benefits.
Rounding out the line-up are wonderful free-range chicken eggs from Twin Posts, an assortment of jams and jellies from Backyard Jams & Jellies and honey from Chrissy’s Bees (part of Stag Run Farm).
