Hattie’s Garden hardneck garlic has been harvested. We are offering Russian Red which has a great flavor with warm lingering sweet aftertaste, and Phillips which is flavorful with no afterbite & excellent for raw eating. Both are “Rocambole” type garlic, which is the garlic choice for gourmet chefs the world over.
In addition, we have Swiss chard, young lettuce mix, mesclun, mature arugula, and we have begun to harvest Sierra Blanca onions and nice basil bunches. We love our fresh cut flowers this year and hope you will too. Each bouquet includes a packet of flower food and is guaranteed to last a week.
