What’s Available through the Online Order System
The following items are available now to order for the January 8 pickup/delivery service.
Hattie’s Garden will harvest limited amounts Dwarf Siberian Kale and Spinach leaves. Get your order in early for those items — the possibility of snow and cold weather may have an impact. We have loose radishes and plenty of sweet hakurei turnip roots (good lightly cooked or raw as salad turnips). We have plenty of fresh cilantro and we also have a wonderful selection of high quality microgreens for you. We will begin harvesting our hoop-house carrots beginning next week! We will have a few bunches of our outside carrots for first come first serve customers who visit the garden on Saturday.
Stag Run Farm continues to bring us wonderful apples that include Pink Lady (crisp, sweet flavor), Winesap (tart, tangy, firm heirloom), Granny Smith (wonderful for cooking or tart eating), Fuji (sweet and juicy flavor, with a subtle refreshing tart undertone), and Rome (a great cooking apple). They are also offering apple seconds in 5 pound quantities for only $5. These mixtures of gently bruised apples are wonderful for those who aren’t too concerned with cosmetics!
Enoch Farms offers sustainably raised, naturally grown, heritage pork products that include spare ribs, marrow bones, pork loin, chorizo, and a variety of sausages.

And their onsite creamery produces fresh and aged cheese from their pastured, grass-fed dairy cows.
