Please read through the important text below for swap options, delivery and pick-up times and other important information to ensure you get what you want and when you want it.
Delivery: For those of you who are signed up for delivery, you will receive your order on Saturday morning, December 7.
Pickup: The preferred day for pickup is on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and the shares will be clearly marked for each customer. Pickup on Sunday or Monday is fine, but please contact us in advance to let us know when you would like to come, so we can make sure you have access to the garage.

- Winterbor Curly Kale
- Daikon Radishes — pulling the rest of our Daikon right now. They will store a long time in the refrigerator and are super good for you.
- Loose Leaf Lettuce — one per customer.
- Arugula
- Mesclun — Hattie’s Garden mesclun is typically a mixture of arugula and lettuce, but will sometimes add other tender young greens during the winter months.
For large shares, if you have no salad mix preference, we’ll surprise you for the second bag. This will also give us some flexibility in the harvest.
Basic Daikon Ideas
- Grate and drizzle with Soy Sauce and eat with grilled fish.
- Cut into matchsticks and use in your salads.
- Grate together with dried hot chili peppers for a nice condiment.
- Add to stir fry or make daikon roasted vegetables.
- Make quick pickled daikon.
