CSA Week 7 is the last distribution until further notice. The onset of colder than normal weather (beginning in November) has compromised our fall and winter growing.

We will send you a statement with remaining credit for the CSA season that you may use at Hattie’s Garden in the spring or summer, either here at the house, or at the Historic Lewes Farmers Market.

What’s in This Week’s Share?

This week’s shares include lots of great produce from Chesapeake Organic. This wonderful grower is from Marion Station, Maryland and operates a large organic farm that was the first certified organic farm in Maryland. With plenty of greenhouses and lots of know-how, Chesapeake Organic is able to provide some winter produce for us.

With the exception of carrots or hakurei turnips, all produce listed below is from Chesapeake Organic.

Both large and medium shares will contain the same items, with quantities adjusted for large shares.
