Closed for the Season
Thank you for supporting Hattie’s Garden throughout this past year. We are now officially closed for the season and will be taking a winter break to rest, regroup, and thoughtfully consider what may be possible in the future.
We are deeply grateful for everyone who visited the garden, purchased produce, shared updates with friends, or simply stayed connected. Your encouragement and loyalty have sustained us and made the work meaningful.
As winter begins, we wish you a peaceful, restorative holiday season filled with good moments, good meals, and good company. This time of year brings shorter days, quieter routines, and a different rhythm, offering space to rest, enjoy what you love, and move into the months ahead with calm and ease.
“Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues, but the parent of all the others.” — Cicero
That reflection feels especially relevant as the year winds down. Your interest, encouragement, and presence have contributed to a sense of connection that extends beyond the growing season. We hope the weeks ahead bring comfort, warmth, rest, good food, and companionship — and that gratitude continues to carry us all through the winter.
Thank you again for being part of our community.
We appreciate you, and we’ll keep you informed as plans evolve.
We also encourage you to support other local growers, markets, and food producers during the winter months. A strong local food system depends on community engagement year-round, and your participation makes a difference.
Yours in the garden,
